How to Have Perfect Poops (on the Radio)
Whew!
We just got home from the Ancestral Health Symposium in Atlanta, Georgia.
Health conferences can take a lot out of you (in a good way). There’s so many presentations to listen too, people to meet, and late night conversation to be had.
I love the energy and I love the emotion. The people at AHS 2013 mean business and of course, propel each other to higher levels of health. As Jordan and I get back into the swing of things, we wanted to shared a few radio show recordings about perfect poops in case you missed them.
How to Have Perfect Poops on Underground Wellness Radio
Sean Croxton is not only a good friend and fun to spend time with, he wrote a weight loss book that spends a significant amount of time on the importance of digestion (great book by the way).
He was gracious enough to have us on his show, where we talked about The 3 Body Systems Responsible for Perfect Poops. Topics include hormone balancing, detoxification, the GI tract, and the best tests for uncovering digestive challenges.
We also covered what a perfect poop is and fielded tons of live questions from callers. You’ll enjoy it.
Dr. Lo Loves Perfect Poops Too
Earlier this year, Dr. Lauren Noel had us on her show to talk about perfect poops. She’s a Naturopath in the San Diego area.
She has successful radio show where experts discuss their non-toxic treatment options for various health problems.
On this show, we covered digestive issues that JUST WON’T GO AWAY. Things like gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain or a combination of the above.
Oh, and there’s one more thing…
Don’t Miss Tonight’s Free Live Presentation on How to Have Painless Poops!
We did this live presentation a few weeks ago and many couldn’t make it, so we decided to do another one.
It was a lot of fun and we stayed on the line for an extra hour taking live questions!
If you’re free tonight, register for the call and join us. Here’s all the details:
The 3 Body Systems That Hold the Key to Painless Poops
When: August 19th at 5pm PST/8pm EST
There won’t be a recording. But it is free.
Hope to talk to you tonight.
– Steve
PS – I realize that no one single time works for everyone. We are doing our best to choose times that allow the most people to attend. If tonight’s time doesn’t work for you, still sign up as we are likely to keep doing free presentations in the future and you’ll be the first to find out.
