Ahh that feeling when everything is all right.

The right shirt, restaurant or partner. I’m not sure words can properly describe it. It’s just a knowing that is way deep inside. I bet you understand what I’m getting at.

That’s what it’s like for you and I. You make us want to be better, get even healthier and work harder. You allow us to make mistakes, to push the envelope and feel needed. And for that we are so thankful.

We hope we are creating a wonderful set of tools, resources and a community that creates that relaxed confidence of just rightness for you… a place that gives back more of the same that you send to us… the best tips, encouragement and sometimes a kick in the butt to keep working on your health.

I hope you know that Jordan and I respect, love and care for you. And we want to thank you for all your support, all your energy and motivation.

I’m getting settled in Boulder, CO and I’m finally plugging back in (if you are in the area let’s meet up). Now that I’m almost back to working normally, it’s time to re-commit to being there for you.

Not to mention, we post daily motivation, tips and ideas to help you on your journey. It’s also where we announce our upcoming events, changes and products first. And it’s a great place to interact with others and gain new insights.

There are many of you reading this who have the experience, knowledge and training needed to help others in this community. And I want to encourage you to step up and help out on our Facebook page. Jump in and reach out with an answer or answers for those who need them.
